CAfS Community Climate grants

Cumbria Action for Sustainability (CAfS) is currently promoting its community climate grants programme.

Small (up to £750) and medium (up to £2,000) grants are available at any time for non-profit community groups that are looking to develop projects to cut carbon. Types of projects supported could include ackling waste, encouraging repair and reuse, growing fruit and vegetables, promoting car shares or bike travel or reducing energy use. Grants are also available for projects that promote awareness of the impact of climate change.

Applications close on 31 January 2023.
