New Penrith Subway store to bring up to 10 new jobs

Local entrepreneur, Ross Fairbairn is pleased to announce the opening of a new SUBWAY® store in Middlegate, Penrith on Monday 9th May, creating up to 10 new full and part time jobs for local people

The new store – located at 37 Middlegate, will be serving its full menu of delicious Subs and salads, made fresh in front of the customer, with indoor seating for 29 people. Those in search of a tasty breakfast, lunch or evening treat will be able to visit the store from 7am – 11pm Monday to Saturday and 8am – 11pm on Sunday.

Ross commented: “This is my 11th store opening and second in Penrith and I am extremely proud to be expanding my portfolio of stores to meet the increasing demand in the area for our freshly prepared and made to order Subs. From the very start, I always wanted to open a store here in Penrith, which I believe will give local residents and tourists alike, more choice and options with real value. It’s great that we are able to employ local people too and we are really looking forward to the opening and meeting even more Subway fans over the coming weeks.”
