EDC hosts drop-in sessions for Shap businesses

Businesses in the Shap area are being encouraged to meet with Eden District Council's Economic Development team in March, with two business support drop-in events taking place at The Old Court House in the village.

The second and final drop-in event is taking place on Tuesday 14 March from 10am to 1pm.

The sessions have been designed to link local businesses with Council economic development specialists: exploring what business support and advice is available locally.

In addition, the sessions will give an opportunity for businesses to find out more about the changes to local government in Cumbria and how they can prepare for the transition.
