New Lounge restaurant ‘Corillo Lounge’ set to open in the Penrith New Squares

A café/bar group, Loungers plc, is preparing to open a new venue in Penrith called Corillo Lounge in January 2024.

Loungers' own build and design team will be responsible for transforming the site in New Squares Units B1 and B2, Penrith, to reflect their unique style.

Corillo Lounge aims to be a welcoming establishment that will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks throughout the day.

The space will feature full kids’, gluten-free, and vegan menus to cater to various dietary needs.

The aim is to create a relaxed and homely atmosphere where customers can feel comfortable.

Aside from being a family-friendly spot, Corillo Lounge also aims to be a community hub.

The venue will welcome locals seeking a space for regular meetups, book clubs, knitting clubs, business networking events, parent and baby meetups, and even life drawing classes.
