Save your business money during Food Waste Action Week

Hospitality and food service professionals can save food, money and the planet by keeping food from being wasted this March.  Food Waste Action Week (from next Monday 7- Sunday 13 March) is the time to really step up your efforts to stop food from going in the bin.

The Guardians of Grub website has plenty of handy tools to get your teams and your networks to take action, including simple tracking sheets, posters and a calculator to work out how much you can save. You can contribute to the online conversation and share tips on saving food using #FoodWasteActionWeek
