Lakes Estates
Lakes Estates was incorporated in the spring of 2022 by Glenn Howard and Rob Anderson. The pair share extensive experience in the property industry and have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes. With a passion for both people and property, Glenn and Rob decided it was time to create a business model with excellent customer service at its core. The business is going from strength to strength having listed over 65 properties in the last 9 months and having employed an Associate Estate Agent to work in the Carlisle area.
Challenges
Currently, one of the greatest challenges is the difficulty that buyers are experiencing when trying to secure affordable mortgages and loans. With the cost of living on the rise and mortgage rates being substantially higher than they have been over the last 5 years, finances have become more of a struggle for a lot of people. Financial concerns then lead to increased stress within the buying or selling process.
Actions
At Lakes Estates, we work closely with our clients to be able to provide a service that is not just efficient, effective, and valuable but we also work to minimise stress levels wherever possible. We are looking to become entirely all-inclusive, from offering a surveyor’s service, to removals. The aim is to raise the industry standard and make sure that our clients are getting the best service possible.
The future
Our priority is always going to be our clients and we want to build long-term relationships with them, not just sell their house and move on to the next thing. Our plans develop constantly and our growth is continuous. We are looking forward to the future of Lakes Estates.
