Eden has a variety of sports facilities to offer. Enjoy a leisurely swim in one of the local swimming pools or a round of golf on one of the local golf courses. You can even try your hand at a game of tennis or bowls.
Eden also has leisure centres at both Appleby and Penrith Leisure Centres, plus sporting facilities at Frenchfields Sports Centre in Penrith.
